Great set of key. High quality
Iβve heard from other members who have use this set of keys and have had success. I used them for the first time on a 17021 Notifier pull station and I could not get the key to actuate the lock in order to reset the pull station. We ended up finding the key from apartment manager. It appeared to have the same cut as the managerβs key, but slightly longer length. Maybe a bad cut?
Ryan, thank you for your purchase and for taking the time to share your experience. Weβre very sorry to hear that your 17021 Notifier Pull station key did not work correctly. Weβve heard from other customers who have used this key set successfully, so itβs possible this may have been an issue with that particular key. Weβd be happy to send you a replacement key to see if that resolves the problem. We appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to make this right.
Thank you! These are just what we needed.
